Apna Mechanic - Doorstep Bike Service Noida's Finest

"I had a very disappointing experience with the Apna Mechanic app. Their service feels fraudulent and highly unprofessional. The mechanics first visited for a check-up, then took my vehicle to their garage and insisted on replacing a spare part, charging me an extremely high service fee. Despite promising timely delivery, they delivered the vehicle late at night. Shockingly, the very next day my vehicle broke down again. When I tried reaching the mechanic, he did not respond, and their customer support also failed to provide proper assistance. Later, when I took my vehicle to another garage, I found out that no spare part had actually been replaced, meaning I was misled and overcharged. To make matters worse, I did not receive a full refund. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Apna Mechanic’s service. They are neither trustworthy nor reliable, and I strongly advise others to avoid using this app."

"Guys. Please read this if you want to service your bike without taking effort to visit a showroom or nearby service center. Please do not book this app. This Apna mechanic is a spam where they don’t even check the bike properly and only bill you components which you can’t even see. I left my bike for starting problem ( I clearly knew it’s just battery ) and some rust issues. They said they have diagnosed the bike with computer and have listed down internal components worth 42K. Included change of rim but clearly it was spray painted when i got it back. For no reason the bill included 12k worth of cluster and clutch assembly. Magnet coil RR coil bottle coil etc for around. 10k. And the list continued until 42k. The chain even was not lubricated nor the broken lever fixed. And they delivered the bike in midnight. Even though I didn’t agree for a lot of components and also wanted to check the bike in person. They anyways dropped the bike and wanted to pay the money. Although i argued I can’t pay in full, I had to anyways pay to avoid unnecessary headaches and paid around 30 which they agreed to. If this was a genuine service and genuine parts change why would they agree to drop the bike and agree to a negotiated amount. My 30k anyways feels wasted now. Where I have to again do the basic changes in my bike. Please take little bit effort and go in person and repair your bike if you value your bike and your money. Don’t be lazy and lose money like me."

"They are pathetic and cheaters. My scooter was submerged. I took enough precaution to not start it and requested a doorstep service to see if they can assess damage. They simply came and started the bike and drive and in the process damaging the scooter and a hefty bill of 17K. On top of it they haven’t provided an invoice for it yet. And didn’t give the old spare parts either. So they are frauds. And one Kabir from Chennai who literally had me at ransom and now is providing invoice either."
